Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for seat cancellations that meet the timeframes below and for courses we cancel. Employer-paid seats require the original paying entity to request the refund.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition. Within 6 days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.

Full or partial refund conditions

A full refund applies when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel outside the 14-day window, or when we cannot deliver the contracted live hours. Partial refunds follow the schedule above or a written goodwill offer for documented medical emergencies.

Non-refundable items

Completed private consulting hours, printed materials already shipped, third-party exam fees (if any), and seats transferred to another colleague at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@integanalytix.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the assessed amount.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method or via bank transfer to the invoiced entity. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by Integanalytix Digital

If we cancel, you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for travel bookings you make independently.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Hong Kong law remain unaffected. Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling rather than refund when delivery remains possible within a reasonable period.
