1. Risk scoping for analytics-ready audits
Translate engagement letters into populations the app can actually filter without inventing phantom coverage.
2. Control mapping & ownership tiles
Assign every material view to a control owner and a backup before any mass run.
3. Thresholds, sampling bridges, and false comfort
Document cut-offs, sampling overlays, and known blind spots — including where the app cannot prove completeness.
4. Exception queues that survive staff rotation
Design states, SLAs, and reopen logic so anomalies do not live in private chats.
5. Narrative packs for boards and co-sourcers
Export structures that external reviewers can follow without logging into your workspace.
6. Critique week & handoff checklist

Do you teach a specific vendor product?
We teach patterns that transfer. Labs use a neutral practice environment. We will map concepts to tools you already license when you share configuration notes in week one.
Who should attend?
Internal auditors, SOX / control analysts, and finance partners who already draft workpapers. Absolute beginners in auditing may find the pace dense.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not rebuild your data pipelines. If source extracts arrive late or incomplete, your pack quality will still be constrained — we teach how to document that constraint clearly, not how to engineer ETL.
Is there a certificate?
Yes — a completion certificate after the critique week, provided you submit the review pack and attend at least 80% of live sessions.
